Bushido martial arts

We offer karate, fitness, Krav Maga and self defence classes to the local community in and around St Albans. Working the the NHS often involves working unsociable hours, meaning you are most at risk of attack when leaving work (often in dimly lit car parking areas) at night/early morning while tired from a long shift. Although we do not claim to make you totally safe, the practice in our classes and private sessions will change your habits to reduce risk and prime your mind and body to deal with any situation that presents itself.
