Welcome to Red Hot Yoga in the centre of Guildford. We offer a wide range of Yoga classes in a hot yoga studio, warm yoga studio, regulated yoga studio and private yoga studio, hosted in our state of the art centre with four different and unique studios, carefully constructed to provide the best possible environment for your Yoga practise. We have the largest variety of Yoga styles anywhere in the South East, including Pregnancy Yoga classes as well as Ashtanga, Kundalini, Sivanada, Yogalates & Vinyasa flow, to name but a few. We also have in house therapists offering Osteopathy, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Vacuflex, Ayurvedic therapies, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Lymphatic drainage, Tui Na, Acupuncture, Reiki and many more.
