Our classes have been developed over the last 30 years so our students can get the best that Martial Arts has to offer. We start our Lil'Dragons from 3yrs to 5yrs Juniors from 6yrs to 12yrs then the teen & adults, our training is great fun, fantastic for building confidence and fitness. We have our own gym so the adult students can do all their training under one roof, we also have Sparring classes Xtreme tricks classes and Brazilian Jiujitsu classes, so come down for a free trial.
