Opening Hours Sun - Thu: 5:30pm - 11:30pm Fri & Sat: 5:30pm - midnight 7 days a week (including bank holidays) Modern Indian Restaurant Indian Summer is Bedford's newest Indian restaurant, refurbished from the ground up in July 2011. With seating for up to 90 people, the restaurant was designed to deliver the taste of authentic Indian food to Bedford and the surrounding areas. Dishes are individually prepared before being freshly cooked with top quality ingredients and spices. We offer a great variety of contemporary and classical dishes as well as serving Chef's specialities: succulent lamb chops and seafood selections. And to round off your dining, we provide a selection of Indian and international sweets. We also provide a takeaway service as well as delivery in Bedford and the surrounding towns.
