About The Haven Centre

The Haven Centre is a well established Counselling and Stress Management organisation. We have over 10 years counselling experience in working with both individuals and couples. The main theory we work with is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy which has been proven to be very successful when working with problems such as Depression, Anxiety or Stress
