I have been fitness exercise classes in Dulwich, Thornton Heath & Norwood since September 2002. I would like to help you become slimmer, trimmer, fitter and healthier. I am fully qualified to teach exercise to music with special experience to teach the overweight or newcomer to exercise. I have also been highly trained in nutrition, so I know I can help you achieve your weight loss goals. My classes offer Zumba, Fitsteps, Boxercise and Body Conditioning Aerobics in a fun environment. If you a busy shift worker not able to find time to address your own health concerns relating diet and exercise then my classes are suitable for you as I have a flexible timetable which your able to utilise with your work schedule.
