Our rates are only £29.50 per person per night including full devonshire breakfast and we are aware that other guest houses of the same standard cost considerable more. We dont put up our prices because we keep our costs and overheads down so that we can give true honest value for money to our guests. we know from personal experience that one can pay far to much for a comfy bed and good breakfast and we believe that overcharging in this respect is unnecessary and wrong,so we enjoy giving our guests a good deal.
