For people who either don't like the gym, don't have time or just need the motivation and guidance to achieve their health and fitness targets. I can train either you as an individual or small groups, whatever your need. I'm all about losing inches and not worrying too much about the weight, let your clothes be the best judge of how you look.
I use boxercise, kettlebells and power bags in order to get you the body you want. It's hard work but you will have a sense of achievement knowing what you did to achieve your goals.
