Welcome to YMCA at St Albans Health Club. We are located at the Highfield Park Centre which is set off the main road in the grounds of Highfield Park behind the Spa shopping centre.
The centre is open from 7am - 10pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
Our St Albans Club offers exceptional value for money with an inclusive membership of just £23.99 which also includes full membership to our other local health clubs in Watford and Abbots Langley.
All of our fitness staff are highly qualified and provide all the support you need to achieve your fitness goals. Inductions, programme design, body measurements are included in your membership.
