About Sheffield Yoga School

We provide beginner and intermediate level Yoga classes, as well as Yoga for Pregnancy and Mother & Baby Yoga. The type of Yoga we teach involves posture work to stretch and strengthen the body, breathing techniques for better health and for calming, Deep Relaxation and also meditation. We teach Relaxation and Stress Mgt Courses as well as courses teaching techniques which help manage depression.
