The Carlisle club is open Mon to Thurs 6am to 10pm, Fri 6am to 9pm and weekends 8am to 8pm and boasts the latest state of the art cardio and strength equipment. If your goal is to lose a bit of weight or to improve your general fitness, to change your shape or simply feel healthier - we are here to help. While you are at the gym in Carlisle you can make use out of our highly qualified and enthusiastic personal trainers and gym managers that will strive to help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals.
