About The Gym Team
We are a West Midlands based company offering education within the Health and Fitness industry - “Wellness, Health, Exercise & Nutrition,” also known as the W.H.E.N programme. Each volume of our programme is educated as a seminar lasting approximately 3 hours each – each learner is issued with a booklet they can take away, to keep re-educating and for continuous reference.
Anyone that starts the courses will begin with the initial WHEN – Basics of Nutrition course, and can then follow on to any pathway that interests them.
Studies have proven that the healthier employees are - in diet, exercise and general well being, the happier and more efficient they are within their jobs.
