At Overdale Equestrian Centre, we offer private horse riding lessons, to all levels of riders, from total beginners to international competitors. Our focus is on Rider Bio-mechanics, that is how you use your body to influence the horse. Every rider is treated as an individual, learning about their body habits and how to make them more horse friendly. Our resident instructor, Karin Major, is also a Feldenkrais Teacher, working with body awareness and movement. As well as a selection of exceptional school horses and a covered arena, we also have a computerised riding simulator. Riders travel from all over the UK and around the world to take lessons at Overdale.
