Our founders arrived in the UK carrying with them not just their belongings, but their family recipes — passed down through generations, refined over decades, and deeply tied to memory and identity. The restaurant opened on London Road with a clear mission: no shortcuts, no compromises. Every curry is made from scratch using whole spices, freshly ground. The coconut milk is prepared fresh. The kottu roti is made to order on a traditional iron griddle.
