Guestwise

Guestwise is a holiday let company based in Hove. We look after furnished homes for landlords in Brighton, Hove and 16 more UK cities, and we take care of everything. We list your home on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, set the right price each night, reply to guests, and arrange the cleaning and any repairs. Your guests never become tenants, so your home stays yours. Every home has a local manager, and you get paid for every booking with a clear statement. Before you sign, we give you an honest idea of what your home could earn. We also rent out furnished homes in Brighton by the month, with all bills included, for workers, hospital staff and people moving to the area.
