22/11/2022: I'm Cameron, a Mental Health Support Worker. I recently used Body Control Pilates in Barnet for some studio sessions and mat classes. The instructor was really knowledgeable and friendly, and the classes were great for helping me relax and de-stress. I even got a 25% discount on my sessions as an NHS worker which was awesome!
