I AM ENERGY is a small Quantum Reiki and energy healing studio in Crowthorne, Berkshire. We offer Reiki healing at the Grand Master Level to all of Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire, including Ascot, Windsor, Reading, Wokingham, Reading and even London. We also offer powerful sound healing, crystal reiki and healing, light therapy, aromatherapy and programmed water.
Using cutting edge (but ancient) energy healing practices, we aim to make measurable differences to your wellbeing. Healing and optimising your energy mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. We also offer guidance on fitness, nutrition, yoga, meditation and manifestation.
