Once you have received your offer from us and are happy to move forward with the sale, we will instruct solicitors for both parties in order to begin the legal process. At this stage, there is still no obligation to proceed, and you can pull out of the sale if you wish. Once the solicitors have been instructed, we will exchange contracts, and agree on a moving date with you. Once this is done, we complete the process and your home is sold!
