PICKING UP THE PIECES counselling and psychotherapy have supported over the years a variety of health professionals and NHS staff from Devon and Cornwall who are struggling with the demands of work/life pressures. We can provide you with a confidential, warm and welcoming therapeutic environment in-person, online or text based. As a private and independent service away from The NHS or Occupational Health. We can provide you with emotional support when you are falling apart and require a safe space to work through difficulties and enable you to prioritise self. When, you feel like you are falling apart due to burn out, work or life pressures, traumatic events or experiences.
