There are times in life when you may want to share with someone what you are experiencing, to be heard and understood and at the same time to listen to yourself, understand your emotions and thoughts. Counselling might be the right path to take. I am a qualified, BACP registered integrative therapist. I integrate Psychodynamic, Person-centred and CBT modalities into a tailored approach suitable for your specific needs and circumstances. Above all - I am a person with an authentic human presence. In light of the current coronavirus crisis and subsequent social distancing measures, I am offering Skype, WhatsApp or Duo sessions at a reduced fee of £45 (new clients only) for the duration of lockdown. Additional discount available for NHS staff.
