About Reigate Pilates
We are offering Pilates classes online for small groups of different levels. Our website has a description of the level. We have around 18 classes on “Zoom” each week and tailor the class to suit the clients. Some meditation and relaxation is also added to most classes plus stretches and release work to alleviate tension.
