About Grierson Life Coaching

I specialise in helping people. I have been a Life Coach for over 12 years and in this strange and stressful time it's very important to try to make some time for yourself. I know the NHS workers are probably under he most intense pressure ever and I'm delighted to offer my services. Someone neutral and non-judgemental. My vision is to help, inspire and add value to people’s lives through helping them change their mindsets, dispel their limiting beliefs and to become the person that they know they can be. I have run (and still run) my own businesses so I know the pressure that can come hand in hand with this. Physical and mental health are paramount in the process of achieving goals – whether in business or personal. I am a great lover of the outdoors and if this would be your preferred method of being coached, this too can be arranged! The first step towards change is always the most difficult. The first step is the initial email or phone call. It is always the smallest changes that take the most courage and often make the most impact. Just talking to someone who is non-judgemental, not a friend or member of the family and who is able to take a step back from you and your past and who can help you to allow yourself to clear your head is life changing. Talking to a friendly Life Coach in a neutral environment, making a plan that can be implemented with small actions, being accountable to someone who’s on your side, having that vital support, that’s when life can change for the better.

26/01/2023: I'm confused about Life Coaching in Cranbrook. What is it? Is it like a teacher or something? Is it like going to the doctor? I don't understand what it is and why someone would do it. Can you help me figure out what it is? I heard that they offer discounts for NHS workers - does that mean they can get help for less money? That sounds really cool! , Fiona, Nursing Assistant
