We offer Pilates and Yoga to help people live healthier and happier lives in their bodies, releasing stress and tension. We have an online library of classes and videos that covers most topics from back pain to pregnancy to health and well-being and postural correction for back pain. We also have 3 live 30 min classes a day 8am, 2pm & 8:15pm The monthly charge per household is £39 but with the 50% off its only £19 to NHS staff during this Corona outbreak to say Thank you! Please contact me for a sample video and to receive the zoom codes for the live classes and I will need your email address for the private inline library you can watch at anytime.

They have lots of videos and classes to help with back pain, pregnancy, health and more. Plus, they have 3 live classes every day!
