Our award-winning BigFish™ range is made with care by our family-owned firm in Grimsby. We buy responsibly-sourced salmon and other fish direct from carefully selected producers that we know and trust. Our fish arrives fresh daily at our factory on Grimsby docks, direct from our certified suppliers in Scotland and Norway. We just cut and prepare or smoke it in our factory, adding a few simple ingredients, our ideas and our expertise. Our aim is to preserve all the fish's natural nutrition, flavour and freshness so you can enjoy it at home. We're a small team but passionate about what we do. We believe there are no finer fish than our salmon and loch trout - our job is to make them as simple to enjoy as possible!
