InnerSpace Meditation and Self Development Centre has been a haven of peace for hundreds of people, a place to relax, recharge and refresh. We offer Meditation and Positive thinking sessions especially to support the NHS staff in the tasks they are having to face. During the social distancing period we offer a number of online events as well as an opportunity to do 1-2-1 sessions using one of the online video calling applications such as Skype, Zoom or Jitsi.
