About Ambourne House Day Nursery
Ambourne House is a small family run nursery. We have been providing high quality childcare at our nursery since 1991 and the emphasis has always been placed upon the security, happiness, education and individual needs of each child.
We employ qualified and experienced staff to look after babies, toddler and pre-school children. Our team have a range in qualifications from Primary teaching, Montessori Teaching, Degree in Education, Forest School Lead and Wood work. We pride ourselves on having the very best educational background in our team.
Recently we have created a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) Centre to help the children understand how to make “things” in a real situation with tools. The workshop is equipped with real tools that is supervised at all times.
Our rooms are designed with Natural materials and wooden resources. In each room you will see a differing routine, which promotes independence in relation to the child’s age and Development.
