Both of these workshops can be helpful for counsellors working with clients, anyone whose role is working with the public in addition to being of general interest.
Consultancy
The following are examples of consultancy work I have undertaken:
• Training Needs Analysis
• Research projects (Including the writing of questionnaires, statistical analysis and presentation of findings)
• Observation work and reporting my findings (examples have included observation of staff for the NHS and observations in Learning Resource Centres for FE Colleges)
• One-to-One work for improving communication skills for newly appointed Managers (The NHS, FE Colleges and Independent Organisations)
• Independent Staff Counsellor (World Health Organisation and two London Boroughs)
