Beth Cox from Yoga Practice is a Yoga Therapist, she teaches individual yoga lessons where she tailors a yoga practice to your specific needs.
Yoga therapy is an active therapy, Beth can teach you techniques and refine your practice in a lesson but the changes come from you actively practicing yoga by yourself between session. This is why Beth suggests practicing most days for about 20-25 min for 2-3 weeks before moving on in a follow-up lesson.
A personalised yoga practice can be very helpful if your are recovering from an injury or illness, managing pain or living with a chronic health condition, such as arthritis, asthma, digestive disorders or migraines or mental health issues. Beth also works one to one with complete beginners to yoga who want to learn the foundations before joining a group class.
Beth has free 30 minutes consultations available in July and August where you can find out more about starting individual yoga lessons and how a personalised yoga practice can give you lots of tools to help you to manage your own health.
Beth also teaches small group classes through pre-booked courses. Places are subject to availability.
