NHS Discount:20% off drop-in classes for NHS staff. ie £9 instead of £12 for 90 min classes or £6.40 instead of £8 for 60 min classes. Workshops will be £16 instead of £20 for 2 hours.
Classes are held in a lovely spacious studio. All classes are mixed ability and are suitable for beginners and Intermediate levels. You can visit my website for more detailed descriptions of the classes offered. I also run Yin and Restorative workshops which are suitable for those with stressful lifestyles.
