As a professional footballer, I transfer the same principles I have applied as an athlete to training clients. Using my expertise in weight management, movement and Strength & Conditioning, I aim to empower clients to reach their health and fitness goals. During my time spent at elite football clubs, I have trained alongside other professional athletes, top strength & conditioning coaches and nutritionists, which has allowed me to better relate to and communicate with clients.
Training is approached from a holistic perspective with an emphasis on creating bespoke training programs to meet your needs and specific goals. Whether it is training in a gym, at home or within your office - we have flexible programmes designed to ensure you get the most out of your training. A combination of different training methods is included such as, strength, cardio and mobility. To begin with, clients go through a foundational phase to prepare the joints and muscles for long term training efficiency.
