I have experience helping people in all areas of their life and mindset including dealing with stress, overwhelm, anxiety, negative thinking patterns, limiting beliefs, personal and staff development, staff resilience, communication in relationships and the workplace as well as other general life and mindset issues.
I help people to understand why we feel the way we do, but more importantly how to change that through a combination of coaching and practical psychology. We all experience stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, relationship issues or just wanting to feel happier at some point in our lives. What often hurts us the feeling of not knowing what to do about it. Coaching is a means to help you develop the awareness of what you need then give you the tools to implement that in a sustainable way allowing you to deal with what life throughs at you better and be the person you want to be.
