Brand new high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout videos are delivered directly to your inbox each week, which you can perform all from the comfort of your own home. The workouts cater for all exercise levels, and each video is just 20 minutes or less – ideal for anyone short on time, those who are unsure or who simply don't like the gym environment or for fitness fanatics wanting to complement their current fitness regime. As LRG Fitness is an online gym, there are no expensive joining fees, with a month by month contract we offer full fitness flexibility. Your membership also provides many other benefits including:
