I am a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Trauma Therapist based in Guildford and Woking. I offer one2 one therapy on a short-term or long-term basis. primarily my work centres around helping people to process their thoughts and emotional experiences in order to help them navigate themselves through their difficulties. My work in Psychological Trauma has a similar process, however, includes body therapy to help calm down the nervous system and treatment follows a set of specific stages.
