In just 30 minutes you'll work every major muscle group, with a combination of strength and cardio training, all at your own fitness level. Our team of expert Fitness Instructors will help transform your body by providing you with your own personalised circuit based around your Fitness goals, which is refreshed every 4-6 weeks to ensure you will never get bored! We keep our members motivated with a monthly weigh and measure, keeping you focused and on track! We have a fantastic class timetable with a wide variety of classes for you to choose from starting from 6.30am all the way through to the evening.
