You can choose which classes you want to attend. The first two classes will be free of charge. If you stay with Pilates and pay for the term, and you then introduce a friend, who also signs up. You will be eligible for a £60 discount on your fees.

I have taught Pilates for 16 years. I am trained with Body Control Pilates. I teach mat work and am fully qualified to teach all the Pilates machines. My classes range from remedial classes to very advanced classes. A Pilates class works all the muscles in the body and is especially effective in mending bad backs. Your posture will improve no end as will your confidence.
