Counselling is quality ‘Me’ time – a time to reflect, refocus and recharge; a time given, just to you where your counsellor will truly listen and give you the opportunity to be really heard.
Therapy with me will suit your unique needs and personality. I aim to help you through well researched psychological perspectives and theories – which perhaps sounds a bit scary, but actually means I will listen carefully to all you want to tell me. I will try to understand your viewpoint and not judge what you have to say. We can then work together to explore your solutions, consider your choices, and develop ways that you can make realistic changes, within an empathic and supportive environment.
