About Life Coaching & Counselling Service

Counselling & Life Coaching Services. I am a qualified counsellor and my counselling practice is based in Curdridge, (near Botley) Southampton. I offer short term life coaching and longer term counselling. My style of working is integrative which means that I am trained to use a range of counselling skills to support you. I am an accredited member of The British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Coaching Division . I offer confidential face to face counselling & life coaching, and telephone counselling for individuals and couples. I have experience of working in organisational and private hospital settings, GP surgeries and private practice.
