It can be very helpful for chronic issues including pain, anxiety and fatigue, digestive and breathing dificulties, headaches and menstrual and menopausal symptoms. And shiatsu can hold you as you shift habits that no longer serve you.
You'll have an opportunity to talk about the things that are concerning you, to recognise the links between your thoughts and the sensations they create in your body and to let go of what is no longer useful.
