The Box is a multi function space for short and intense workouts that combine gymnastics, plyometrics and Olympic weightlifting for an all round challange. The " workout of the day " produced by our resident coach Allan is typically done in a group setting, measured and scored like a sport. Which encourages friendly competition and camaraderie and is the reason people keep coming back.
