About You and Me Counselling
We provide adults and young people with one to one, group, information, advice, counselling and psychological therapies. Our services are delivered by a dedicated team of qualified Counsellors, Psychologists, Therapists and local volunteers to accommodate all cultures and have Enhanced Disclosures from the Criminal Record Bureau.
We offer counselling for all types of psychological problems e.g. Depression, Social Anxiety, Relationships Problem, Parental Separation/Divorce, Anger Management, Self-Harm, Abuse, Substance Misuse, OCD, PTSD, Panic Disorder, Phobias and Bereavement.
