I am offering individual therapy and group therapy in a safe and confidential environment based in Glasgow City Centre. I provide a non-judgemental, empathetic, honest and understanding service. My therapeutic approach is based on a CBT approach, however I do draw on other knowledge so that I can have a more client centred approach, for example motivational interviewing.
