I recently worked with a mum who is a nurse. She was suffering with sleep deprivation as her 20 month old son was not a good sleeper. It was not until she made a rather large error in the workplace that she decided she MUST take action.
Other parents I have worked with decided that they could no longer go on as a zombie, knowing that they were not performing to their best at work and did not have the energy or patience to enjoy their children to the maximum.
Many parents do not realise that professional sleep consulting exists or just how life changing it can be. It has become my passion and to see how lives improve is so rewarding. My mission is to enable parents of young children everywhere to enjoy parenting and family life without suffering sleep deprivation.
