Power Fitness Bristol offers individual and group personal training in and around Bristol.
1 hour sessions can be taken in The Gym Group, Bristol (membership required) at your home or in local areas (parks etc).
Sessions can be take around the clock to fit in with shift work and busy schedules.
Personal training clients will be supplied with a tailor made programme and nutritional advice is on hand.
Power Fitness Bristol also run 3 boot camp sessions per week in the Eastville Area of Bristol. During the summer boot camps are taken in Eastville Park and during the winter they are held in halls.
