Coming forAlexander Technique session you will learn to look after yourself better: to be less tired and to know how to stand , sit and walk with less effort. We will look at your everyday movements and those specific to your work and explore how to perform them with ease and fluidity . This process is also a way of becoming aware of your habits and having more choice in how you move, feel and think.
