Yoga class for beginners and improvers in a friendly warm atmosphere of the modern, (carpeted!) local church, just at the bottom of Combe Park and top of Chelsea Road. Come along if you want to feel stretched, grow stronger, perhaps ease a chronic condition and learn a little more about how yoga can help you achieve some sense of calm in our busy lives.
