You will use larger pieces of equipment: the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel and CoreAlign. The studio equipment provides resistance to challenge your body using springs and levers to facilitate each move making them harder and easier depending on why you are training. Studio Pilates is used by renowned international athletes from a variety of sports to build greater flexibility, suppleness, co-ordination, core strength and as an injury prevention or rehabilitation. It is also beneficial for mothers at pre and post natal stages.
