Introducing CURVES a facility specially designed for women. Featuring a complete 30 minute workout and weight management programme that is fun, fast and safe.
The best way to start a new exercise routine is to find one that is actually achievable.
And Curves is for all women no matter what age or fitness level, our youngest member is 15 and our eldest member is 85.
Exercise is not a favourite topic for a lot of people, but here at Curves we are trying to make all women aware that exercise is critical to their health. Not only does it strengthen your heart, it also helps you avoid being overweight, reduces stress and increases your good cholesterol.

ZUMBA IS HERE!!!
Curves Haverfordwest is now offering "the only 30-minute class that mixes the moves of Zumba with the proven strength training of Curves for a wildly effective workout" (source: www.curves.com/the-workout/zumba-fitness). The Curves Zumba workout involves your regular circuit, with the exception that the typical aerobic stations have been replaced with Zumba dance!
