Watsu is a unique mind and body therapy that takes places in warm water. It was introduced to the UK 15-years ago. I am one of a few practitioners in the UK.
Just being in warm water is therapeutic, which helps calm the mind and body.
Watsu offers a slice of time in physical freedom; it can improve mobility, co-ordination, increase flexibility, and helps to relax tense muscles.
The movements through the water provide gentle stretching into all ranges for the spine and extremities while these joints are unloaded.
