Hello and Welcome!
My name is Irsha Tariq, and I am a resident of Nottingham from the past fifteen years.
After reading about Hypnotherapy and the potential it has to help us overcome many problems, I decided to take this on and become a hypnotherapist - turning my passion into a dream. After qualifying with The General Hypnotherapy Council and specialising in easibirthing® with The National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, my business of Caring Therapies was born, and I was ready to help those who need it most. I can speak English, Urdu, Hindi and Pashto. I have worked with the general public and have treated various symptoms such as anxiety/fear/worry/depresson, smoking, pain management, phobias, sleeping problems and general stress but the main area I work is with mums and dads to be for easibirthing. clinical evidence supports my therapies as a more holisitic, non-evasive and non-threatening approach. EasiBirthing® is a registered trademark the only one in the UK for birthing world. Therefore any practitoner using this trademark has been fully qualified and reassurance for the general public.
