Saxophonist, Flautist, Vocalist.
Is a one woman band, but also performs as a duo, trio, quartet and quintet.
Multi-instrumentalist Sandra Grant plays raw and powerful improvisations on the tenor Saxophone, has wild natured tones on the alto Saxophone and an organic sweet sound on the Flute. A talented virtuoso, she covers many musical genres with ease and comfort. For instance: Jazz, Latin, Blues, R&B, Soul, Reggae, Calypso, Rock, Pop, House.
In her career so far, Sandra has appeared on television, including Top of the Pops, Terry Wogan and Blue Peter. She was also the lead Saxophonist in the house band for 13 episodes of channel 5’s ‘Club Class Comedy’ with Richard Blackwood.
She has toured Europe, the Caribbean and a series of concerts in New York.
Sandra Grant has performed with DJ's at night clubs such as Heaven (Charring Cross), Fire (Vauxhall) and the Supper Club (Nottinghill Gate), as well as performing at Casinos such as The Barracuda (Baker Street, London), The Colony Club (Hertford Street, London), Maxim’s (Palace Gate, Kensington, London),
Crockfords (Mayfair, London) and The Casino at The Empire (Leicester Square, London).
Sandra Grant, LadySaxophonist, also headlined at five Music and Arts Festivals: the East Barnet Music Festival 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2013; the Hitchin Festival (Rhythms of The World) July 2008, July 2010 and 2011; the Luton Summer Festival in 2008 and 2009; the Baldock Festival 2009 and 2010; the Letchworth Music Festival 2009; the ABER JAZZ Pembrokeshire Jazz & Blues FESTIVAL in Wales in 2009 and the Enfield Summer Festival 2013.

With years of experience performing all kinds of genres on the alto and tenor Saxophones and the Flute.
I am happy to share my knowledge with absolute beginners up to grade 5 standard.
